All hourly rates are subject to a 4 hour minimum charge with additional hours billed in the 1/2 hour increments. Time is charged portal to portal, from either a Lancaster or Palmyra point, whichever is closest to your pick-up address, and back to the same equipment point. Tolls & parking are not included. *A 20% gratuity will be added to all fares. Any passenger caused damages will be added to the booking/billing client.
